Frequently Asked Questions

What are Esti Pots?

Esti Pots are handmade ceramic facial bowls created with estheticians and treatment rooms in mind. They’re perfect for mixing masks, enzymes, cleansers, and other products during services.

Are Esti Pots actually handmade?

Yep. Every Esti Pot is made by hand in small batches. These aren’t factory-made bowls with a handmade label slapped on them. Because they’re individually made, each one will have its own little differences.

Will my Esti Pots look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly, and that’s part of the fun.

Because every pot is handmade, you may notice slight differences in shape, glaze, color, texture, or size. Your set will have the same overall look and feel shown in the listing, but no two pots will ever be completely identical.

What can I use them for?

Esti Pots were designed for professional skincare services and can be used for things like:

  • Facial masks

  • Enzymes

  • Cleansers

  • Exfoliants

  • Mixing treatment products

  • Holding small amounts of product during services

Basically, all the little bowls we constantly reach for in the treatment room.

How big are the bowls?

Because Esti Pots are made by hand, exact measurements may vary slightly from pot to pot. Approximate dimensions will be listed on each product page so you know what to expect before ordering.

Can I choose my colors?

Available colors and glazes will depend on the current drop. Some collections may have multiple options while others may be limited-batch colors.

I’m still creating, experimenting, and having fun with these, so expect new looks along the way.

When will my order ship?

Esti Pots are made and released in small batches, so processing times may vary depending on the collection.

The estimated processing time for your specific set will always be listed on the product page before you order.

What happens if my Esti Pots arrive damaged?

Ceramics and shipping can occasionally have beef.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, take photos of the item and packaging and contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.

Please hold onto the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because Esti Pots are handmade in small batches, we aren’t able to accept returns simply because of the natural variations that come with handmade pottery.

If there is an actual issue with your order, though, please reach out. We want you to receive what you ordered and be happy to use it in your space.

How should I care for my Esti Pots?

Treat them like the handmade ceramics they are.

Wash thoroughly between clients and avoid harsh handling or sudden temperature changes. Specific care instructions will also be included with your order.

Will you offer custom Esti Pots?

That’s the goal.

I started making Esti Pots because I wanted pieces that actually fit the aesthetic of my own spa. As the collection grows, I plan to experiment with different colors, finishes, and small-batch options.

Custom availability will be announced as it becomes available.

Why did you start making these?

Because I’m an esthetician too.

I own a spa and kept struggling to find facial bowls that matched the look of my space without feeling like I needed to make a car payment for them.

So I decided to learn how to make my own.

Esti Pots started as something I wanted for my treatment room. Now I’m making a few extra for yours.
